Saddle Fitting Appointments
Our saddle fitting appointments are tailored to your needs, whether you're shopping for a new or used saddle or checking your current saddle's fit.
Appointment Length
- New or used saddle fitting: 1–2 hours
- Current saddle check: 30 minutes–1 hour
Fees
- Saddle fitting appointments: $150
- Additional travel fees may apply depending on your location

Note: Riders who work with a coach or trainer are encouraged to arrange for their attendance during the appointment, particularly for the riding portion of the fitting.

Saddle Trial Policy (7-Day Trials)
We offer 7-day saddle trials for all available in-stock, demo, and pre-loved saddles. This allows you to test the saddle at home with your horse before committing to a purchase.
How It Works
- All available saddles are eligible for shipped trials
- We're available via phone, email, text, or video call throughout your trial to provide guidance and support
- 7-day trial period begins upon delivery
- Saddles must be returned in the same condition as received
Trial Fees & Shipping
- A refundable deposit is required to initiate the trial (amount varies by saddle value)
- Outbound shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Return shipping is also the customer's responsibility if the saddle is not purchased
- If you purchase the saddle, the deposit is applied to your purchase price

Bridle Fitting Services
Proper bridle fit is essential for your horse's comfort and performance. Our bridle fitting service ensures correct fit and function while protecting sensitive facial structures.

- Bridle fitting appointments: $100
- Can be combined with saddle fitting appointments for convenience
- Includes initial fitting and basic adjustments

Flocking & Repairs

Saddle Leasing
Our saddle leasing program provides a flexible solution for riders who aren't ready to purchase or are waiting for a custom order.

Follow-Up Fittings
Your horse's body changes with training, age, time off, and management. Regular follow-up fittings ensure continued comfort and proper fit.
Recommended Schedule
- Every 3-6 months for young horses or horses new to you
- At least once a year for established partnerships
- After significant changes in training, body condition, or time off

- Follow-up fitting appointments: $100
- Includes saddle assessment and minor adjustments
- Additional flocking or repair work billed separately
- Travel fees may apply
Custom Saddle Follow-Up Policy
Follow-up fittings are included in the initial fitting cost with a custom ordered saddle. This complimentary follow-up must be completed within the first 3 months of purchase and delivery. Please note that travel fees are not included and will be billed separately.
